Abstract
Atmosferski polutanti značajno utječu na zdravlje živih bića i biljnih vrsta. Veliki problem predstavlja visoka koncentracija polutanata u gradskim sredinama. U ovom radu prikazani su rezultati mjerenja volumnih koncentracija ozona, benzena, sumporovodika, dušikovih oksida i lebdećih čestica na području Slavonskog Broda u ljetnom periodu 2013. godine, kao i svojstva svakog od polutanata. Mjerna postaja nalazi se na povišenju i u blizini rafinerije koja se smatra glavnim proizvođačem polutanata.
Abstract (english)
Atmospheric pollutants have a big impact on live beings and plants. The biggest problem is the high pollutant concentration in the urban areas. This analysis presents the results of measuring the volume concentrations of ozone, benzene, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter, in the area of Slavonski Brod, during the summer period of 2013. Also, the properties of each pollutant are explained. Measuring station is located on an elevation, near the refinery, which is considered the main source of the pollutants.
